We are very excitied for you to consider Dells Catering to provide the food for your special day. You will work with a Dells Catering Event Coordinator during all stages of your reception planning. Initial consuttations are available, and should be scheduled in advance with a member of our team.
Menu suggestions and packages are available on this site. Please keep in mind that our creative culinary chefs can custom design your menu based on your preference or on a theme that you are trying to create for your special day. We are happy to also incorporate family recipes, just ask.
Final guarantees of attendance and/or quantities must be provided 7 days prior to the event. In the absence of guarantee, the agreed amount as it appears on your Catering Contract will be used as your guarantee. You may add to your initial guarantee count, but cannot decrease the count after this time. Water is included during food service.
A signed contract and deposit in the amount of 25% of your projected total will act as your commitment to Dells Catering and enable us to begin planning your event. This deposit is due within two weeks of receiving our booking documents. Deposits are required to confirm reception event space, once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable. Your second payment is due 90 days prior to your event in the amount of 50% of your remaining balance. Your final payment will be due with your final guest count 7 business days prior to your event. There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card payments. Your final payment must be made by credit/debit card. Our processing fee will be waived for final balances totaling less than $2,000. We will need a credit card to hold on file for any additional charges that may occur the night of your event.
We are happy to provide a complimentary tasting for up to 6 people for your reception if you have already booked with Dells Catering. We typically schedule tastings on the second Sunday of every month. Tasting times are available between 11:00am and 2:00pm. You are able to choose up to three entrees, 2 starches & vegetables if applicable and 3 hors d’oeuvres. If you are unable to make the dates or times listed work for you we would be happy to schedule something that works for your schedule. If you have not booked your event with us yet there is a $300 tasting charge. If you book with us after the tasting the $300 will go toward your event.
We can provide standard linen and napkins at your event. Linen is billed at the following rates:

Linen Napkins..........................$.50-$2.00 Each (Choice of Select Colors)
You are also more than welcome to use one of the preferred vendors from the venues list of linen providers for more expanded options including floor length linens.
